Privacy policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Vectis Learning collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "Student") of the Vectis Learning website (vectislearning.com) and our tutoring services.
Signing in
We don't use passwords. When you buy a course, or ask for a sign-in link, we email a one-time link to the address you used at checkout. Signing in sets a cookie in your browser that keeps you signed in for 30 days. It holds your email address and the courses you've bought, and is used only to unlock your courses. Signing out removes it.
To work out which courses you own, the website looks up your purchases in Stripe using your email address. We don't keep a separate database of students.
Quizzes
Your quiz answers are never sent to us. Your best quiz score for each module is saved only in your own web browser (using its local storage) so the site can show your progress. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Personal identification information
We collect personal identification information from Students only when they voluntarily submit it to us, for example when buying a cheat sheet, booking a tutoring session, subscribing to our mailing list, or emailing us. Students may visit the website anonymously. Students can refuse to supply personal identification information, but doing so may prevent them from buying a product or booking a session.
Services we use
- Payments: Cheat sheet purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects your payment details, email address and the billing details needed to calculate tax. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's use of your information is covered by the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Emails and the mailing list: Sign-in links and mailing-list emails are sent through Resend, an email delivery service. If you subscribe and confirm, your email address is stored in Resend as a mailing-list contact until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Tutoring bookings: Sessions are booked through Calendly and held on Google Meet, which collect the details you enter when booking.
- Hosting: The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site.
- Fonts: The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts load.
How we use collected information
- To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
- To understand how the website is used: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Students as a group use the services and resources on our website.
- To send emails: We may use Student email addresses to send information and updates relating to their order or booking, to respond to inquiries, questions or other requests, and, if they have subscribed, to send our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time.
Sharing your personal information
We do not sell, trade, or rent Student personal identification information to others.
Third party websites
Students may find content on our website that links to the websites and services of our partners, suppliers and other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these websites and are not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our website. These websites and services may have their own privacy policies and customer service policies. Browsing and interaction on any other website is subject to that website's own terms and policies.
Accessing or deleting your information

Changes to this Privacy Policy
Vectis Learning has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage Students to check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using this website, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not use the website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
